Limescale Solution: Comfort and Energy Savings

We're super excited to see one of the first case study films delivered by our commercial team over at Retrofit.video who are expert at producing retrofit stories that sell - we think.
One of their first customers is Halcyan Water - who provide a unique device to the UK.
It saves energy, and the need to replace your home appliances - thanks to it's unique technology. Using a patented design, water passing through the Halcyan is treated and becomes limescale free.
We'll explain the science of the device later but the customers who buy Halcyan aren't interested in the science so much, it's what it does. And like so many devices in the world of retrofit, making your customers feel something first as they interact with your marketing material is critical.
That's why the team of at Retrofit.video researched and designed a case study format that adheres to the principles of emotion, and story first, then placing your product in context within a film. Here's what a Halcyan customer had to say about her journey to softer water;
Julie's Story
Halcyan uses a blend of 12 metals embedded in a fitting which creates turbulence as your water flows in from the external supply. Why is this important? The prcoess changes the molecular structure of the minerals in the water and an immediate (in Julies case just 2 weeks) change in the water composition and no limescale.
With 17 million homes in the UK residing in areas with hard water - this should be an easy sale. But to boost the process, Halcyan are using the technique shown below, to capture the stories of customers who have fitted their device;
